Average earnings: $15-$20/hr depending on experience with a per file bonus to increase earning potential.

Job Brief: M-F 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. 40 hours a week in office

We are an established Mortgage Company located in Draper, Utah looking for an efficient Mortgage Loan Account Manager to help create and facilitate positive relationships with borrows, facilitate loan set up, and process mortgage loan files.

You will be responsible to gather the necessary documentation, order verification, review loan documents, ensure the file meets guidelines for the loan product chosen, and submit files to underwriting for approval. We are looking for someone that is detail oriented, has great time management and communication skills, and can coordinate all involved parties, from Loan Officers, Loan Officer Assistants, Underwriters, and Brokers.

Responsibilities:

*Perform a general evaluation of an application (financial documents, mortgage type etc.)

*Gather all missing data from the loan officer (assets, debts etc.)

*Verify information and references by contacting the right sources

*Correct mistakes and investigate inconsistencies

*Act as point of contact between loan officers and underwriters

*Conduct a final review of the file before closing

Requirements:

*Proven experience as mortgage loan processor or similar position

* Experience with TPO, Correspondent, In-house (Wholesale and Retail) required.

*Understanding of loan guidelines and underwriting procedures

*Knowledge of laws and best practices

*Proficient in Encompass LOS - We are willing to train if you have used a prior LOS software

*Outstanding communication and customer service skills

*Excellent attention to detail

*Excellent Communication Skills

*Well-organized and able to handle pressure
